can i pay someone to compkete my nvq level 3

Last year I paid a college to do my nvq level 3 but I can never find the time to complete it. friends of mine used a firm where they just made a couple of site visitors and that was it.

Does anyone know if there is someone I can pay just to complete the write up for me?

I can provide pictures and anything else needed.

I know this is a lazy way out but need this completed and can't physically find the time with combining private work and site work.

i think he does but if hes going about it this way then darwin will give him a few powerful lessons
