Failed today,Any tips to study for Cisco CCIE written exam?and any good suggestions about study materials?pls guide.

I think you're barking up the wrong tree here mate. I can't imagine there are too many existing CCIEs that are members of this forum. They'd be too busy off earning shed loads of cash.
I used to be a CCNA about 20 years ago, and back then there were only 4500 odd people in the whole WORLD that were CCIE accredited. The nearest place that you could take the practical exam was Brussels.

My only advice is to keep reading and reading. Good luck.
