1. make up a trading name. this could be composed of your initials fololwed by electrical services or some such.

2. you can do non-notifiable domestic works, no problem. £90 is about right. if your going to do industrial, then you may have to adsd 3 phse cover as extra. not all PL insurance offer 3 phase.
