I had my van broken into recently, the scrotes nicked two 18v dewalt drills but were kind enough to leave me the chargers and one battery. I have replaced the drills with makita so thought I'd see if these were of any use to anyone on the forum before putting them on ebay:

1 x NiMH + NiCd + Li-on 7.2v - 18v dewaltcharger model nmbr DE9135 type 1,
1 x NiMH + NiCd 7.2 - 18v dewalt charger model nmbr DE9116 type 2,
1 x 3.0Ah NiCd 18v dewalt battery, well used but holds a good charge.

Make us an offer, cheers

No mate the NiCd batteries can't be charged on the new chargers, but the lithium batteries can be charged on the nimh nicd charger - hope that helps

NiCD batterys can be charged on the new 45 minute charger that the li-ion uses, fully backwards compatable, however cant charge li-on on the old chargers(NiCD)

I recently bought the dewalt 18v li-ion xrp from screwfix when they were at a ridiculous price, i charge all my exisiting nicd batterys on the charger supplied with it

Good luck with sale
