Yes those are out of date as of last July. You can still answer the question perfectly well though, just don't learn your tabulated values from those sheets. Refer to your BYB for clarification.

I am of the opinion that the course material is out of date as the Cmin factor of 0.95 is already worked into the new maximum values.
The question is simply asking for you to apply the temperature correction factor to the maximum values and compare those values with the given measured values and state whether compliant or not.

You could point out in your answer that the Cmin factor of 0.95 should be applied if you would like to illustrate you have been given out of date material.
