Mr Enigma, far be it for me to defend Dave, or any of the other lads on this forum but I think that it is you who is getting angry. And I believe it's because the answer you have received is not the one you wanted.
Your question was answered very early in the thread and you choose to disagree with the opinions given (your right)

You obviously want to use the enclosure as the earth, and you can, you just need to be sure that it is the correct size equivalent to copper and is mechanically strong enough. As pointed out better to install fly lead and be sure, and of course the way to ascertain the size would be by using the appropriate table, which would give a size of 95mm or use the adiabatic equation.

Also, I agree that the continuity test of .01 ohms is irrelevant, you would get the same result with a bit of 5a fuse wire.

Closing thread, OP has laid his own path here and is now banned... he was given plenty of advice and help but to aim an attack at the mods has sealed his fate ... maybe he needs to educate himself with regards to the work he undertakes rather than attack those giving constructive advice....
