No didn’t tell them how to install it, just advised them to be aware of the factors when installing singles into ferrous enclosures and to ensure they comply with applicable regs.
it is not your responsibility its the sparks , do you your job and walk away .Unfortunately the electrical contractor responsible for the supply was not on site today to ask.
