What is the definition of premises with regards to where the main bonding should go?

I live in a 4 stroy mid terrace house. The road is level with 1st floor. There is a small sun-con courtyard with a path/bridge from the road to the front door on the 1st floor. The services run under the path. The water stoptap is approx half way along the water pipe. The house side of the stoptap is where the current 6mm earth bond is (needs up'd to 10mm) The CB is the other side of the wall ie in the house. Inside the house the water pipe has been plastered over.
So do I need to dig the pipe out and earth once it is in the house or is replacing the 6mm with 10 under the path acceptable?

What earthing have you got and what exactly are you doing as if it's tns with 60a mainfuse 6mm mpbc is acceptable.

Its TNS, not sure of fuse size as no indication, so would have to pull out to check. The earth coming off the outside of the incoming cable looks like its only 2.5mm csa with no insulation. From the earth block I have 10mm to DB and 6mm to water and gas incomers.

you need to bond the services water gas oil etc where it comes into the house within 600 mm and before the first joint , main earth to DB needs to be 16mm , do a Ze test to confirm a connection has been made to the outer sheath TNS max is 0.8 ,TNCS 0.35

The water bond should go to the point of entry to the property or as near as practical
If its buried where it comes in, I would bond at the nearest position the pipe is exposed
