Trying to install these ge cync switches, found out i do not have a long enough ground to pigtail together to hook up to the switch.

Is it alright to double up one of the grounds, on the screw with the switch wire and the copper ground wire connected to the same screw ?

I take it the box it self is grounded, as the screws and copper wire are grounded to the box ?
