Hi guys do any of you use a software for invoicing on a Mac? I'm looking to create invoices on a Mac and maybe iPhone also? I don't need to track sales and losses etc just create and email a decent looking invoice any recommendations out there?

I use Invoice2Go. its all online software so no need to keep installing.

from that program you can set up a customised logo or attach your own, create your own look to your invoice.add clients, log photos of receipts for your file etc etc.

Try Quickfile, browser based and offers a lot more than just invoicing.

Hi I use Xero this is a bit like sage but is in the cloud I can pick up from any device if I have 3G or Internet access, can do invoice at customers house & email it directly there & then, beauty about it is accountant can work on it at the same time so no more dropping in memory stick & waiting to use accounts few days later. You can also take picture of say a petrol receipt & drop it straight into accounts system. Very good
