IR Problems/Questions

EICR under taken again on property.
Insulation Resistance results on at 500V. All results in Mega Ohms
LIGHTING L-N 34.80, L-E 2.05, N-E 33
LIGHTING L-N 2.47, L-E 2.97, N-E 2.81
UP POWER L-N 78, L-E 72, E-L 69
DOWN SOCKETS L-N 16.30, L-E 15.41 N-E 44.43

Everything unplugged and all lamps taken out
I am concerned about both lighting circuits and down sockets.
What would cause such readings? And what do i put down on cert? Code 3? or Note?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated

put your readings in the appropriate columns. as all are > 2 megohms, then there;s no need for anycodes or comments.

age of install?
void or lived in?
Damp present?

technically all results are deemed acceptable, depending on age of install.

As mentioned,no issues as per regs,but i would be intrigued to discover the reason...much more information needed,that lighting circuit is very even...may be groovy,if it supplies perimeter illumination for a 4 acre garden
