Hi there, I'm looking to smarten up my outside floodlights to react on camera detection so I think I need to purchase a 2-gang, 2-way smart switche(s) that work with Alexa for instance.
At the moment, We have a front floodlight and back floodlight, which are both controlled from 2 points (a double switch upstairs and a double switch downstairs)
I opened up the double switch upstairs to take a look and we have 6 wires in total, 3 going into gang 1, 3 into gang 2 and they are going into
L1 (1way) (red cable)
L2 (blue cable)
COM (yellow cable)
on both gangs
So I did try to purchase a 2-gang smart switch but there's only L L1, L2, L3 etc so not really sure where the 6 wires go
Can anybody point me in the right direction of a 2 gang switch (i'm guessing I need 2) that will work with these 6 wires?
I've attached some pics I took which probably explain what i'm saying better.
Thanks for any help in advance
