you can now renew online but dont know if new applicants can do this or for changes of card status

I did the same emailed them lots first then sent them everything, photo copies of all certs, references, signed Photos and signed form by sponsor typed letter informing them of all electrical work since leaving school , ex employers etc
I applied Dec 2012 and is due this year for renewal
I hope then too I will get a Approved card

the Op shouldnt have any probs with his quals getting the card

I found that every tie I called them and asked what card I would get, they said each application is different and based on each individual, they said anything could happen.

I feel lucky now to be honest, the funny thing is I don't even need a card, I just applied for it so I could say I had one.

I only live 45 mins away from the jib. I needed to renew my card quick time so I booked an appointment and picked my card up the same day,it cost me though.

Has the requirement to hold a normal gold card for 3 years before being eligible for Approved grade gone out the window then?

Always thought it was 2 years Gold Card or be min age 22?
