Ok I know its not the best picture, but this is at my brother in laws house:

the set up consists of:

45A breaker feeding RCD,
feeding 40A breaker
feeding 6mm T&E and 1.5mm extension lead.

Nice!

I disconnected the extension lead before we left!
 
had one with an extension lead like that on a job every time there was a power cut he plugged in a generator id did remove that one too boring arnt i lol
 
At least they've taken the time to trim the cable ties, could have someones eye out with one of them.
