I replaced the Thermal cut out on the shower and all's good then 3 days later I receive a call that its only pushing out cold water again, any thoughts what's causing the operation of the cut out, the water pressure is good
 
Have you looked at the shower again? Just because the symptoms are the same doesn't necessarily mean that so are the reasons.
Internal wiring has been disturbed, old connections might have developed resistance and burnt out.
 
However further to the question of other issues and not the TCO,after I replaced the TCO I gave it a once over... both elements checked out ok, no sign of any loose or bad terminations, the shower operates fine but no heat, what I'm also wondering is why the TCO doesn't reset itself it should but it's not, the replacement part came from Mira itself after I gave them the serial No details.
