What is the equivalent to nvq 3?
What is the equivalent to nvq 3?
no doubt the schemers will come up with a new 5week course for a dumbed down nvq. costing £6000. wire up a socket on a workshop board. survive and pass or die and fail.
But in this instance they wont as new joiners will go to ELECSA who are leaving things as is for the time being
It all revolves around the word "competent", which is more open to interpretation than anything else in any other trade. We need to get rid of that word completely and change it for "fully qualified", or nothing will ever change in our profession.
Its a trade not a profession lol
