I am wanting to put up 2 outside lights either side of my garage. In my garage I have a light switch and a plug socket to work with. What’s the best way of getting power to the outside lights?

Will the light be permanently on that way? They have a sensor in them to turn on when dark so hoping to just leave them permanently on. Thanks for the help.from the socket use a bit of 2.5mm T/E to feed a Fused Spur Connection Unit, fused at 5A. then in 1.0mm to lights. use the FCU as a switch.
Yes we have an RCD fuse box that they feed intoIs the socket circuit protected by an RCD?
