Bends or forms you make with a bending spring.Hey mate,
Quick question, what do you mean by use sets?
Buried or surface?
Put it together piece by piece as opposed to trying to pull the cable through the system once it is complete. Conduit boxes are a better option but bends may work just try and see if the cable passes through one.I understand what you mean. It’s just the bends I am struggled with. Would flexible conduit be any easier?
Or maybe a two way angle box?
Yep I realised that just as I hit the post key DoohSurface conduit on external brick wall isn't it? Can't see him chasing it in!

Better Odd than a badly installed cable. prone to heat damage due to the badly designed install method tight bends and tight enclosures are not a good idea,
Question, is there actually a need for conduit in this situation, many people just bury the cable as is as long asit's protected by a RCD.
Buried or surface?
It’s surface. It can’t be buried as there is no cavity.

Nt even on the inside wall? if not best option I can see is take tube route then to an end box , back entry to where you want to go.It’s surface. It can’t be buried as there is no cavity.

Probably won't need a 25mm hole but yes. The box will have two fixing points you often have to drill out to fix it.
Could I use something like a Female Adapter for the end box, so that it will hold the conduit in place, so it can then go across to the garage?
If I use an End Box which is Tower 1-Way Terminal Box 25mm White Pack of 1 - https://www.NoLinkingToThis/p/tower-1-way-terminal-box-25mm-white-pack-of-1/64537
Would you then drill a 25mm hole using a step cone and then just straight with the conduit?

you will be trying to bend the 10mm2 cable through the back of the box, the larger the box the more room you will havem an end box is ideal with a hole in the back, or a wiska box e\would do, x\cable down the tube, fix conduit to wall, fit whatever box you opt for end or wiska ,cable through the hole you would have drilled with your hole cutter. into where ever you want it to go
You should do some research into how a PVC conduit system is put together, and if and when you are able to actually look at some installations as you come across them.
He's moving up to 25mm.20mm conduit is too small for 10mm T/E.
He has bought some 25mm now Tel20mm conduit is too small for 10mm T/E.
I think he's using 25mm now Tel...20mm conduit is too small for 10mm T/E.

IMO it is going to be extremely inconvenient having a conduit run across the top of a gate, carrying anything through the gate of any height is going to cause you problems, i.e. carrying a ladder through to clean the windows of clean out the gutters, bite the bullet now and cut chase and bury the conduit in the path.
Just noticed the size of this thread about running a bit of pvc conduit. It's already got that metal arch thing over the top of the gate to get in the way when carrying things through it, attaching a conduit to it won't make it any worse than it already is from that respect.

Is there any chance that metal arch thing was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel?

I should have look closer , but I would still bury it.

Not all the time they don'tBack entry terminal box, manufactured bends look terrible.
Make sure you put it together first, then loosen the conduits and glue back againOkay that’s what I’ve got. 20mm fixings, inspection bends and elbows. Looks like I will need some adhesive.
Says the voice of experience?Be careful with the PVC Solvent it's highly inflammable.

Don't it just Man? Oh and don't light up a ciggy when using it, makes it better (worse) sorry bout that typo, just remembering happier times. Roof spaces were the best area to use it, just remember to walk on the rafters, not the plasterboardYeah, but it has a really groovy smell man.
What the glue or the drippings from yer nose?Don't spill it on the carpet either!
Sounds like you v been given plumbers waste pipe!? SI know it should do this doesn’t it’s the same diameter. So it doesn’t push inside. Not sure if it’s the conduit or the fixings I’ve bought. The fixing are a brand make and the conduit was given to me.
I will get a photo to show you what I mean. I assumed that the fixings should fit inside, so I was a bit confused when they didn’t and thought do I need 25mm tubing.
Agree, , ,Not all the time they don't
