I think that as technically it's a functional cable that requires to be earthed, and not a cpc, then it can't ever be G/Y by virtue of section 513, but Table 51 does give us 'cream' as an alternative colour.

Most recently I've been installing a bunch of Eaton 3ph RCBO's and they all have functional Neutrals, so they're blue.
