No it wouldn't as there only needs to be one label.It should already have one if every time additional circuit(s) or minor works took place the distribution board/consumer unit could be covered with them.

No-one suggested it was - that's not what the label indicates.But a periodic inspection (EICR) is not taking place on the rest of the installation.
