SDS Chisel

Hello Guys,

Just wondering what SDS chisel or channel bits, you use when cutting out your back boxes and channelling? I have a 70mm one, but its brutal, and I was wondering if you guys use a channel bit. Do you stick with brand names or just any old chisel bit from the web?

I always use 40mm makita bits, i've tried the cheap bits and they're just not as good

Twin disc chaser followed by angled chasing bit. Got an Erbauer back-box cutter which is great in breeze block but hate using it on clinker, so I do that with a 30mm bit.
Everything you need is on screw..x

heller "tile lifting" chisel for back boxes. its 75mm width same as a box.
heller 20mm channel bit for small chases, 30mm armeg for bigger ones.
is good to make couple of cuts with a grinder or chaser before chiselling out.

I've heard good things about the sds scutch, its expensive but I'm going to give it a go I think. I have also bought a makita 40 mm as well, for £6 delivered of ebay its worth a punt
