Ok. One new one to add to the telephone conversation before turning out...

One of my regular customers. Fairly tech minded and not a frequent flyer....

Add to the telephone troubleshooting..

"Are you certain you didn't switch the main isolator off when you shoved the broom in the back of the cupboard."

As I said, nice customer, feeds me A LOT of work. So, banter ensued!
