I think when you read it carefully you will find, that's just the addendum to Amendment 1 of 17th edition. Good news, it's free, but it's too big for a PDF download from the website. Bad news, they're asking £25 to cover the postage and packing.:joker:

Thats what it is all about continual updates that pee off older sparks who are sick fed up having to qualify for something every other year but mind dont worry cos just when you think the 18th is sorted out we will be back in the saddle for a GN3 I&T review then a 5th edition of ISI&TEE O and then we will be on to the 19th and then Ah well you know the rest
