Steel trunking capacity

Hi Folks,

Not been here for a while, hope everything's still good!

Well, here it is;

I'm trying to find the capacity for 75mmx75mm steel trunking. I'm pretty sure it's 45% full it should be, I' having problems proving it though!
Can anyone tell me the reg number or tables referenced? I've found this page http://www.******************/Book/4.5.3.htm but it relates to the 16th Edition.

I'm currently searching through the 17th but thought this might be a bit quicker, cheers in advance

Expect you already know, but its a pain starting gutter bolts, bushes and joiners in such narrow trunking,
