Always thought they were more of a carpenter's tool. Never seen them for sale with Electrician's tools.I ve never really seen the point of those folding rules. Can anyone explain?

No matter how many times I try it only lasts a weekJust need to fill the Tote with the "essentials" never works does it lol.
