Come on then , who is going to own up to this absolute LASH UP ???

If it were not for your location I would have bet it was a church instalation I saw a couple of weeks ago. I was quoting for an EICR on the curch hall but I thought the church was in more urgent need of an EICR, it looked just like the photo, if not a little worse.

Not good is it...seen considerably worse than that, and the bit that saddens me,is,NOT the fact that some dude created it,but, that he or she may have had a mate or apprentice at the time who,as they left, turned round to look at the finished job and thought, "...that must be fine..." :dunce:

Iv got to go back friday morning Tony....that fella I was telling you about is fetching all the electric hobs he wants to run...

i`l take the power analyser down...stick that on....see what we get ..

i can get the diversity better that way...

I told you that before you started. Did you listen, did you............

Let me know what you get over an hour.
well...as i saw it he only wanted me to take a look...this turned into getting one of these hob things out and sticking some juice in it....

get a current draw reading with the multicore clamp....well, its like i told you on the phone innit...once it was properly warmed up it was 5-10 secs full whack....50-55 secs at no whack....

so 2.5KW wasn`t really...was it....

The thing is Glenn it should show up some interesting and factual % for diversity. It will be nothing like the IET figures.

If you can get some heating load on the rings the more credence your readings will have. (Just think, gallons of tea to drink. You’ve got to do something with the hot water.)
