Not sure there's any mileage in asking electricians about mitre saws - most won't have experience of different brands, from which to draw comparisons.Thanks for all the help everyone. I’ve gone with a cheap mitre block for now. I’ve also ordered a Bacho 6” Combination Square. I will be looking at a Mitre Saw in the New Year. I will put up another thread.
