Vitesse lighting marshalling box lcm

Anyone know if there's an override control on this.
Lights were commissioned,but now don't come on at all.
Just wondering anyone come across this before,I know it may have to be commissioned again,but no lights at moment,but if a pain

Have you tried the emergency lighting test switch?

Yea that doesn't switch off either,a smart system like this,it plays up,& there is no override,this is at a school,so it's a real headache.
Will get all reprogrammed.
