Thank you for the confirmation, I was worried I was wrong for a moment!After a quick search HO5VV-F would suffice as I think the G stands for an integral protective conductor, which it would have if purchased with the correct number of cores.
Seems that HO5V2V2-F is standard PVC HR flex to 85C, so any equivalent cable should suffice.

I would probably not use the lower temperature one for an oven or hob, but the 90°C rated cable is what the manufacturers tend to fit when they fit a cable to an appliance and is probably the best you can get without going onto silicone or MICC cables.I had looked at those on screwfix but the comments said they weren't suitable for ovens...
