I was just having a little look and these NWS screwdrivers look identical to the old CK range.
nws pliers are alright but knipex,ck,wiha etc are betterHave got NWS pliers which are really great. Currently using We're easily available and quite good And Whia slimline torque set. Chap that work for us also has Whia and they are great. Previous favorite are Bacho which are indestructible brutes.
i had a set of the ones on the left, work well for reaming 20mmI see NWS have started doing these, I don't know what the difference is to the standard ones.

cant go wrong with knipex grips, bahco adjustable and fluke testers i use the same kitThink its due to individual taste never tried facom. Find c k too brittle drivers , but get on great with their 3 in 1 side cutters. Knipex all the way on grips and bancho for adjustable spanners. Fluke for test gear. But that's just me ....
i havent really tried teng but the handles on there 1/4 drivers feel nice in the hand and have good gripOne that I haven't seen mentioned that I have been using for a while now are Teng, which have been the best of anything I've used so far (CK, Bahco, Draper Expert or Wera)

to be honest i use a set of 160mm wiha cutters day to day. will happily cut 6mm so cant ask any more. Was in the same shop I bought the screwdrivers in on Wednesday and ended up coming out with the side cutters! They have been excellent so far. Taking a bit of getting used to right enough as they are 160mm (only size they come in unfortunately).
do they come with a free dictionary? ( ergomonic). LOL.I've just started to use facom. They seem pretty good, and a good ergonomic grip. Time will tell if they're built to last.

Wiha for me had them for years, they are solid pieces of kit, I've always had the slim vario range which are a good feature

? i pay £30 a set of 6. i dont know where you have been looking mateNo but at £65 they should have!
The firm I work for specify I have to order from a catalogue of a supplier they "prefer" to use. No outlay for me so its all good. Some brown envelopes have passed hands I think!? i pay £30 a set of 6. i dont know where you have been looking mate
wiha slims are good, im using facom atm (i can get them off thr shelf)Anyone Tried Klein screrw drivers, They looks good but seam to be £20+ Each so ruled them out. I stick with Irizola's, have a wera set to but not so keen on them. Have the Whia torque driver set and that seams good, I do like the look of the slim tips.

how easy was it to claim on the warrenty? i think they are supposed to have a very good returns policy but that might only be in usaI recently tried a Klein pozi and a flat blade. They both snapped in a couple of weeks! I didn't go any harder on them than I usually do.
have you tried facom? i have really abused mine and the insulation is starting to come off the shaft of a couple of my most used ones?I took them back to CEF and the counter staff said they would contact Klein about it. Then they just refunded me the money, which was fine as I didn't want replacements. I also found them to be quite large in the pocket.
I've since gone back to my favourites, which are PB Swiss
its the protwist ones you want to look at as a starting point, im going to get more at some point.I have a Facom ratchet screwdriver which is pretty nice.
Will have to try their insulated drivers at some point.
if i find out they make a set like were kompakt ill buy a set

rubbish facom do an insulated 5 piece set for around £25/£30They don't do an insulated set complete only a non insulated set with a pz2 and terminal. Had to buy all mine separate, wouldn't go back to anything else and I've tried them all lol
ouch, that sounds expensive. i paid £2.80 for a 4mm when i lost my current one. there normally 8-12 but amazon had one cheap on that add-on programDidn't know that, spent a fortune on separates the guy in the tool shop was rubbing his hands that day lol
there selling six piece sets on amazon for £32 atmThink I paid about £50 for 4 drivers a pozi 1&2 and flat 2.5/4mm
nice, thats cheapHee hee I went out unexpectedly today and I needed tools on a site that I didn't think I would. I bought a set of 7 VDE screwdrivers from the closest wholesaler for 116ZAR which is about six of your UK quids. They're branded as 'Pro'sKit' and I left with just about a full toolkit consisting of 2x side cutters, long nose pliers, the aforementioned screwdrivers, an LED flashlight, a panel multi-key and an 8m tape measure all in a briefcase type toolcase all for under the equivalent of twelve quid after negotiating a 20% discount. C'mon, admit it, you're jealous aren't you. Don't worry I don't hold it against you, I know you're only human
