Afternoon fellas
Got a bit of a problem ( non electrical) which was hoping for a bit of advice on. Basically my mums next door neighbour ( a builder) in order to keep running costs to a minimum has erected a large timber workshop in his back garden which definatly doesn't meet any building regulations. Im sure no planning has been consented for this. Apart from being an ayesore, blocks natural light into my mums garden, is built tight against our conservatory ( against firewall) and the constant banging|radio blaring all day is really getting on everybodys nerves. this could create a huge problem should my mum ever wish to sell. . The neighbour wont listen to reason. I was wondering where we stand from a legal point of view on this? would I phone building control? any advice would be much appreciated. I really need this sorted. . thankyou
