i have been ficking through the datasheet but i cant seem to find it :(

@Hamzah712 you have been asked by @Lucien Nunes in previous threads the purpose of all these questions but you gave failed to answer. There are some very knowledgeable people on here but their willingness to help is likely to stop unless you provide more information.
 
I would suggest that you read the datasheet properly as it is very clear, both in terms of a principal value, and the values based on various load conditions.

I found it easier to find than the work you must have done to post the question!
