Hi All,
Just to introduce myself, i am an apprenticed served electrician
At 51yrs of age, am i too old now ? or is there a possiblity of me still surviving, in the present climate.

Welcome young man
You have a few years to go just yet (and a lot of attics to wriggle through if its domestic for you)
You are a trained spark who may need some refreshing, but too old,not at all,it could be a useful selling point to obtain work,if going it alone is your aim.

The present climate is the doubt
Us older attic snakes can find it is getting a bit dodgy with work availability and thats with maybe years of word of mouth contacts
But its definitely worth a go if the work can be found
Good luck
