If you feet hurt because the leather needs breaking in, grit your teeth and give it a week or two.I had a pair of steel toetectors when l first started site work in the early 70's. They hurt like hell and gave me blisters. One of the old labourers on the site who'd been in the army told me to pee in them and leave them overnight and it would soften the leather. I followed his advice, it didn't soften the leather but it did make my feet smell like a urinal for weeks!
Buy the right size boots, it works every time.
Wozz going to say something about riggers but couldn't find any info about site issues with riggersriggers are also not preferred due to the open nature of the top of them, i didnt think you was allowed near sites with riggers anymore.
