Enecsys micro inverters - advice required please

I am going to be installing these in the near future on very small installations.
My question is this; Does the array still require earth bonding as per TL systems? and also, do they suffer the same issues with regards to tripping 30mA RCD's?

installed one recently, its tripping the rcd!

how do you feed the AC back into the grid?
Do you take AC from roof straight into ac isolator at DB then Into consumer unit?

its pretty much plug and play, pre made leads connect up all the inverters, they go into a module box, a.c to isolator, down to CU.
