New certs, what a load of absolute idiocy, whats next every single reg by number on a sheet to be ticked with variations as to how good or bad the item is on a scale of 1 to 10 I think I will go back to the model form from the EIT

which "new certs" ?
i assume you mean the EICReports that have been in use for , ooh , at least 18mths ?
i always use the original IET format certs anyway , completely free from scheme bullsh**.
