Yes as it will be higher at CCU, and the aim of test is to find out what the highest measured value of PFC and then check that protective devices etc are capable of safely disconnecting under fault condition without causing damage to protective devices or conductors.

Do the muti testers such as the Megger MFT 1553 display the PFC with a single test without requiring any post reading calculations.

PFC is generally the highest value of either the PEFC or PSCC, unless its PME in which case they should be the same ish.

Only if supply is 3 phase and PFC has been measure between each live and neutral, and before some jump on me I heard there are multi tester out there where direct 3 phase measurement can be taken.

Ooops, I was way too slow on answering that one!! But yes, the Megger MFT 15xx will test across 400V.
