Hi guys,

I need some help with pricing a job please.

property info: 3 phase 400V supply. 4 levels. 8 Bedrooms (5 with on suit, 3 with out), 1 x lounge, 1 x dining room, one individual bathrooms and entrance hall & landing.

full rewiring, including 1 x TP&N board, 1 full loaded RCD CU, 5 x 2 way RCD CU and all bondings

8 x bedrooms: 4 x sockets, 2 x lights, 2 way lighting, 1 x Ethernet, 1 x TV, 1 telephone
6 x bathrooms (including 5 on suits): 1 X Light, 1 X LED Down Light, 1 X Mirror Light, 1 X Shaver Socket,1 X Extractor Fan
1 x lounge : 6 X Socket, 1 X TV, 1 X Telephone, 1 X Light Switch, 2 X Pendant, 2 X Audio Point (Speaker)
1 x Dinning room: 6 X Socket, 1 X TV , 2 X Light,1 X Switch (Lighting)
Landing & Hall: 6 x Socket, 5 X Switch (Lighting), 1 x door bell, 2 x external light, 14 X Wall Light
10 x Audio Point (Speaker) throughout the property.

I had a similar job to this, it was estimated at just over £12,000, labour only. I lost money on it in the end. 100 sockets, 50 light switches, 120 downlights.....don't underestimate how long it will take, especially depends on who the builder is!

good call regarding the builder, They are money losses working for those ****s
