No their not i lied sorry
Just had a thanks (very rare, like hens teeth!) and i got to thinking, unless you go back over your posts you never see who thanked you (unlike the "like" button).
Have i just missed where to look or can you not look up who has thanked you?

Here you go TC ^^^^
Wow, what a grateful man you are.If its worth a thanks I think its worth a like as well, that way the person your thanking gets notified of where it came from.
TC, What do you want a card?

I bet you feel like the cat that got the cream after that thanks didn't you mate, there are more than one way to skin a cat so finding out about the thanks is all available mate.
Still it maybe that curiosity will kill the cat if you look to deep into this, but if it was raining cats and dogs today it might while away a few hours !!!
Ok I've got my coat and just leaving
Like an owl?... add to your plumage of feathers in your c**p
IMO the 'like' button is for posts you like and for useful posts, because the person who posted them is reminded of their useful post in the notifications and in their profile, so they are encouraged to replicate that useful post (or one of a similar nature) in the future. Can we just confirm, the "Thank" button is for a useful post and the "like" is saying "I like your post" - "agree" or "what a hoot you are". It is not implying that you "like" the poster. Its just, well, I have noted that most electricians I meet in the wholesalers are not the sort of person that likes anyone or anything. Maybe I'm the atypical electrician ....
Whatever your on, i want some! Lol
