Hi All, I have a product with the below techincal data and it comes only with a USB cable for now. I am unsure which USB adaptor I should choose. Can I use any usb adaptor with 100-240VAC, 5V DC and 1A or 2A specifications? Do i need to know the input voltage also perhaps? Thanks in advance.

Hi, yes, any adaptor with the specs you mention will do. The standard voltage for USB devices such as this is 5V and the current required to charge your device is less than 1A. A typical phone charger will do the job.

Avoid going for something cheap and cheerful on eBay and purchase a well known brand from a well known supplier.

Something like this should fit the bill if the charger end of your cable is USB A:

you need an adapter suited to your supply voltage.
