I think that you have 2 options 1.down internal wall and through this will mean (taking that all circuits are RCD protected)in safe zone formed by socket etc/metal plate or 2.down through cavity this method you would have to overcome (a)sharp edges eg damage to cable put in duct (b)water penertration between cavity well the cable/duct is falling away from the iner leaf wall (c) fire stopping building regs aply. just mt thoughts for a solution.
