No. You will have basic insulation visible outside of the enclosure. You should be clamping the sheath. You should be measuring and recording the Zs and rcd trip times in order to confirm compliance (safety).
 
ok i will correct that but are they in the right order ?

That's difficult to tell from here. The connection unit appears to be marked right to left, L, E, N. It appears you may have the connections incorrect, without being able to see the colour markings of the 'supply cable', which appears to be recent colours?

I would recommend you employ an electrician.
 
Don't know about anyone else, but I can't see two conductors in the earth connection.
