Tenner says its a borrowed neutral , you say that there is a link at the 2 gang kitchen switch , as already mentioned the neutral has got to be from another circuit fed from the other RCD, most likely the kitchen sockets .

And a pan full of water on the hob..... just in case:)

thinking even further in front / I like it
But make sure you have a lighter or matches in case it is an electric ignitor
