Easycert problem

To all Easycert users, can anyone help. See the attached file and the highlighted text.

No matter what I enter into this box, I keep getting the same numbers appearing.

I hope the Ze and PFC readings on that are mixed up?4

On a serious note have you contacted them to find out why it is doing it?

I had the exact same problem, Ze and pfc reversed from on screen view to printed version and the problem in the bonding of other services. I emailed tysoft and they gave me a download link which sorted the problem. Hope that helps.

Got a link today to download and reinstall, sorts the Ze and PFC part but in the bonding part, now you can't enter anything. Its a fix in the next update they say.

You'd of thought that before publishing updates they would trail run it for a bit first
