Morning ,3 runs of conduit are in the way of a new door opening,they are imperial sized.
They run from top to bottom of wall,then disappear into the solid floor to various positions.These will need to be found,& reinstated somehow,it’s not going to be easy,it’s a old building ,done the proper way years ago,the conduit also supplies the cpc to that circuit.
 
These you should get from any good electrical wholesaler....

Or try these fittings, they don’t need the conduit to be threaded..

Lets be honest here, by time the pipes have been cut and all cables pulled out the best option would be to fit adaptable boxes at each end and change the cabling between, well although no one will admit it, we know it is the way forward, popcorn at the ready.
