Hi,

I take of of 2 rental units. I try to do everything. Plumbing, electrical, roof repair and replace, broken windows and etc. and when I can't do it myself, I hire a competent contractor.

I'm looking forward to learn old and new techniques from the experts. That is why I'm here. Thank you
