Deary deary me...you lot are very picky on a poor old struggling developer...you need to cast an eye on some of Bovis's efforts, which have only surfaced due to a recent company admission and accompanied dive in valuation...

The pictures supplied by the OP,forums stella standards aside, seem good-even very good...
I have inspected brand new build installations, where the first time nestlings, have to leave their wellies in position,as secondary support for such equipment.

Try ringing NHBC for assistance, and you get,well...where's this laptop's button, which produces a raspberry noise...

The NHBC serves one purpose and that purpose has little to do with the householder.

It's only a bit of craic, but re; the Bovis debacle, there was some poor woman, who ponied up 390 grand for one of these emperor's new castles, had a list of spectacular gripes...then,her electricity went off...and do us electrical heroes know why? .......because the site generator, ran out of fuel :)

Now there's a spark's visit,liable to give a confusing Ze ;)

Good job I bought my Bovis Home 28 years ago, still standing mind.

To be fair, or as fair as you can be with house bashers, put in any major builder's name in a web search, followed by complaint and you get same sort of press.

Watched a couple of Bovis Homes You Tube vids, and whilst there were some awful bits, most could of been fixed via the snagging list. Seems Bovis were just too keen to get their customers in before that was done.

About time they came and fixed the crack in the garage wall though :)
