Hi Guys

I`m gonna look at a house tonight, they want a new cu and a shower fitting.

Will testing IR between live conductors and earth be good enough to tell me wether there`s gonna be no problems when fitting a 17th Ed board.

I am aware of lighting possibly not being earthed and the bonding being upgraded but I cant afford the time to Do a PIR and then not get the job.
