New single floor office advice please

Customer will be hiring a qualified sparks, but can anyone give me guidance as to how a single floor open plan office should be wired in terms of circuits?
There will be 3 islands of 8 desks and 3 of 3 desks, each desk served by an under-desk 4/5-way with a Weiland-to-13a lead. 13a sockets will be in 100mm trunking round perimeter, and each desk island hits a wall. How many of the desk supplies can be on a single 30a ring? If the total max load does exceed 30A can they theoretically be on the one ring? Would it be prudent to split into more than one ring? Advice gratefully received! Thanks

assuming computers on each desk, you are limited by cumulative leakage, and should be installing hi-integrity earthing.

I would consider running Radials and use 16A commando plugs and sockets to connect the islands.

Wouldn't install a RFC, a radial for each Work Station would be my choice, with HI earthing as well. Regulation 543.7.2.201 refers, OSG 7.5.3

Floor sockets only really work with raised floors.
If there are raised floors, then you could consider Electrack.
