Discuss Old Wylex HB Range MCB in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Hi Good people,

I need an alternative make/type of mcb to fit into an old 3 phase Wylex HB type board. Similar to the image below

I hear tell that the old MEMshield fit onto the busbars but they seem just as elusive (again probably because of the unshielded bus screws) and I believe that the switch bodies of the MEM were not as tall so they did not effectively protrude through the Dist board frame.

Anyone have knowledge of the best alternative ~ preferably 3 phase 100Amp

Many Thanks
Gaz.

Good luck getting a 100A one, i dont think they even made one. I think the biggest you could hope for would be a 63A, and even that is a very rare beast to track down .
